
the 10 session series

SESSION ONE
After an initial health assessment via a questionnaire, we assess posture and lengthen the connective tissue throughout the whole entire body. Releasing general tension to prepare the body for future sessions. Clients generally feel more open
SESSION TWO
We focus on foundational structural elements - the feet and lower legs. After the session, clients feel more grounded.
SESSION THREE
Integrating the upper and lower parts of the body laterally, through the ribcage to the ankles. After the session clients experience an increase in breath, and more space through the upper and lower half of the body.
SESSION FOUR
The first session in the core series where we begin to open key body parts. We begin with the inside of the legs through the pelvis and hips. After the fourth session clients feel more connected to their core.
SESSION FIVE
Focus on the psoas, abdominal muscles, and the frontline of the body from your knee to your chest. Clients experience an opening of the spine for a more upright posture.
SESSION SIX
This session will feel more like a deep massage, lengthening the connective tissue from your ankles to your head. The connective tissue in the hips and lower back is also freed. clients experience relief and openness in their back and hips.
SESSION SEVEN
Focuses on the head and shoulders, aligned on top of the body. Balancing your head, neck, shoulders and arms for openness. Clients experience relief in the typical high-tension areas and feel “straighter”.
SESSION EIGHT, NINE, & 10
In the four previous sessions, we systematically take the body apart focusing on specific body regions. Sessions eight through ten focuses on integrating the body back together in total alignment. Clients feel a sense of relief and joy that pain has been eliminated, flexibility is restored and they are more aware of their body and able to live an active, happy lifestyle.
