The Rolfing ten session series is the foundation of systematic improvements in structure and function. We begin by loosening and balancing the connective tissues, then move to the "core" sessions focusing on feet, legs and pelvis and finally we take an integrative approach to smooth movement and natural coordination. The results are life-changing. Breathing is relaxed and enhanced, pain points eliminated, the gate is naturalized and overall the body's natural balance is restored.

Vibrational Sound Therapy relies on specifically engineered Therapeutic Singing Bowls that provide stress relief through extreme relaxation provided during the session. VST works through the actual contact of the singing bowls and the human body.
